This three month program has been designed keeping in mind the growing requirements of the corporate world. It aims to raise awareness about the dynamics of communication in business environment, develop influencing and negotiating skills, enable executives to establish and communicate their credibility, project personals effectiveness through demonstration of confidence in decision making. Overall, this program attempts to facilitate of superior performance.

Who should Attend?

This program has been designed considering the needs of working professionals with 3 years or more of experience. It will especially benefit first-time supervisors, and those with communication improvement areas identified earlier (say, through a Performance Appraisal).

The duration of the program is 3 months, and students will go through the topics listed in workshop mode. The lectures will be supplemented by various exercises and other interactive modes during this period.

A two-day intensive workshop will be conducted at IIMA campus at the beginning of the program.  A similar two days workshop will be conducted at the end of the program.


The program will conclude with the presentation of an Action Plan by each participant to be reviewed and supervised by the faculty.

The program is fully workshop-driven, with an emphasis on skill development. A combination of faculty-led discussions, paper and pencil exercises, case studies, role plays, literature, films, video recording and replay will be used.


Candidates completing the Program will receive certificate of participation from IIM Ahmedabad. All students will receive a transcript specifying details of participation, from NIIT Imperia.

Working executives who are graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline with 50% marks and at least 3 years of work experience.

Students will be selected on the basis of their performance in the Program Aptitude Test which will be conducted by NIIT Imperia, together with assessment of background and interest in the program as scripted in the application form.
