ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS

Working professionals / Self employed  graduates  (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline with min. 50% marks (aggregate) with minimum 6 years of work experience post completion of graduation is required.Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of theirperformance in the Program Aptitude Test (PAT) to be conducted by NIIT Imperia, together with the assessment of background and motivation (SOP) based on the application form submitted.

PROGRAM DESIGN AND DURATION
 
The duration of the program is One year.The duration of the program is One Year. Each candidate shall undergo a total of eight specialized modules. There will be two compulsory campus visits of three days each at IIM Lucknow NOIDA campus. The first visit shall be conducted in early stages of the program. The second visit shall be conducted in the advanced stages of program. It will be mandatory for participants to stay at IIM Lucknow NOIDA campus to facilitate group activities and case preparations. The program will be conducted once a week delivered through classes held at NIIT imperia Center for Advanced Learning.

This program will equip working professionals and practitioners with the concepts and practical skills of quantitative reasoning and modeling in the business world, using spreadsheets and user-friendly software. These skills are not only essential but indispensable for meeting the challenges of making most efficient strategic as well as tactical decisions of real economic consequence in an increasingly competitive business environment in areas such as marketing research, financial analysis, strategic operations & services. Modeling allows one to explore and test new, alternative ideas in a model before trying them in the real business world and enables one to gain improved business intuition and enhanced insight quickly at a very low cost. The program assumes that the participants would have working knowledge of basic management functions and hence would focus mostly on application areas of management.

PROGRAM DESIGN AND DURATION

•The duration of the Program is One year. 
•The program will be delivered through classes held at NIIT Imperia Centres for Advanced Learning once a week as per the following schedule:

Saturday 5.30 PM to 10 PM

•In addition, there will be a 3-day campus module at IIM Calcutta at the start of the program and a 5 day campus module at IIM Calcutta at the end.

In each module students will be awarded grades like Excellent, Good, Average and Poor. The candidates who receive 2 or less poor grades will receive a Graded Certificate of Success Completion from Iim Calcutta. Candidates having more than 2 poor grades will receive certificate of participation from IIM Calcutta.
