A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience is required in AMBA accredited universities for study of MBA in Australia. A GMAT score is recommended by most of the universities especially top ranking universities of Australia. An English language proficiency course of TOEFL/IELTS is mandatory in all the universities.
For application procedure you can request a form from the respective universities and colleges or apply online which is convenient and encouraged for international students. You need to submit completed application form, official academic records or mark sheets, standardized tests like GMAT scores, TOEFL/IELTS scores, work experience, recommendation letter and application essays or personal essays.

Finance Funds and Scholarships

You can avail of bank loans, assistantship, internship and scholarships; these can help you in exempting partial cost of the study and not the whole course. Most of the Australian universities allow the international students for part-time work for up to 20 hours per week and full time during vacations either in the campus or outside. A good internship program not only adds to your income but increases the chances of employability. 

Visa Procedure

To apply for a student visa you must fill 157 W application form that is available free of cost at the Australian embassy or the High Commission official website. You will have to submit an official acceptance letter or enrollment proof from the university, official academic transcripts or mark sheets, proof of financial documents supporting education, costs and maintenance, health check up and visa fees. All student visas have multiple entry facilities.

Job Placements after doing MBA in Australia

Many universities have job placement cells and alumni network that help students to meet prospective employers. Looking for a good school to complete an accelerated MBA in Australia or New Zealand. My overall GPA is around 3.6. I have an BA in business w double major in management and marketing. Have not taken GMAT, prefer a school without GMAT. Have some work experience, currently a manager for large So Cal co. Looking to enroll in Fall 2012. Any assistance with the above is appreciated. I have completed my BBA and now am very much interested to do MBA in Monash or Melbourne university in Australia, but i don't have any work experience. So, can i apply?? plz, suggest me which top Australian universities don't require work experiense for their MBA programme............... thanks.............::)
